Quantity Surveyor (Tender Projects) Up till $3500 basic + Variable Bonus Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm Ubi Ave 1, Singapore 408933 Join a growing construction company specializing in project execution and tender management across Singapore’s building industry. This role is ideal for candidates with strong costing and tender experience who are looking to build long-term career growth within a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment. This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy managing tender projects, cost analysis, and contractor coordination, while gaining valuable exposure to end-to-end tender and construction operations. Responsibilities Handle measurement and pricing for tender submissions across various construction projects Prepare and evaluate tender costing, budgets, and quotations Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding tender and project matters Support Progress Claims and Variation Order (VO) submissions for awarded projects Participate in weekly site meetings to ensure smooth coordination and execution of works Monitor project costing and maintain proper master costing records at headquarters Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project costs remain within budget Perform other duties assigned by management Requirements: Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field 2 years of experience in tender quantity surveying within the construction industry Experience in tender costing, pricing, and contract administration is required Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
