Prepare plans, documents, and bill of quantities for supplier quotations and pricing analysis. Source, compile, and evaluate supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements. Responsible for detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation. Handle tenders including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements. Requirements: Diploma in Quantity Surveying At least 2 years of Project Tendering/Costing experience. Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
