Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Dairy Products Position Title: Production Supervisor Working Location: Tuas Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 8.00pm) Salary Package: Basic + Shift Allowance + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead Line Leaders and Operators to meet daily production output and efficiency targets. Plan manpower and 12-hour rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays. Guide Line Leaders in training new staff on work procedures, equipment handling, and quality standards. Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and escalation of technical issues to reduce downtime. Ensure smooth operation of batching, dumping, and packing processes. Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, food safety, and quality requirements. Verify product sampling, in-process quality checks, production records, and Navision entries. Maintain good housekeeping, 5S standards, waste collection, and recycling activities. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and workplace safety. Perform other duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production. Experience in food manufacturing will be an advantage. Able to lead Production Operators and Line Leaders. Basic knowledge of production machinery, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Familiar with GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements. Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
