Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Hardware Supplier Position Title: Technical Sales Coordinator Working Location: Pioneer Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am – 12.30pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team for hardware products including bolts, nuts, and fastening components. Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities. Process sales orders, purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation. Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, logistics, and procurement to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery. Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and product specifications in the system. Assist customers with product information, technical details, and order status updates. Monitor order progress and proactively communicate any delays or changes to relevant parties. Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review. Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through responsive communication and service support. Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
