Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers. Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Strong track record in B2B sales, business development, marketing services, advertising, media, or consultancy industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness. Ability to lead teams and achieve aggressive growth targets. Established business network and client relationships will be an advantage. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
