Role Overview Provides strategic and tactical advice and develops learning solutions on learning technology systems including learning management systems (LMS) and cloud-based technologies to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. What You Will Do Supports end-to-end system implementations, resolves complex system issues, and delivers effective long-term solutions to ensure platform reliability and customer satisfaction.
