What you will be doing: Reporting directly to the Director of Culture and Engagement, the Senior Learning and Development Partner is a strategic People & Culture leader responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling enterprise learning solutions that enable business performance, leadership capability, and workforce readiness across Transact + CBORD. This role partners closely with executive leadership, Sales, Client Success, Product, Technology, and People Operations to ensure learning initiatives directly support growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role blends strategy, execution, and influence, translating business priorities into impactful learning experiences that strengthen leadership effectiveness, accelerate talent development, and support a high-performance, client-centric culture.
