Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative activities for the Instrument Calibration Division, including document preparation, raise PR, arrange logistical support and report generation. Coordinate various stakeholders to support team non-technical operations effectively. Maintain records and assist with procurement processes to ensure timely process of calibration & repair jobs. Facilitate communication within the division and with external vendors, maintaining professional and courteous interactions at all times. Support compliance with company policies and quality standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the division. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within a technical or engineering environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanour. Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with record-keeping systems. High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Awareness of quality management systems and basic understanding of calibration processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
