Alexandra Road Monday - Thursday 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm Up to $4,300 Job Scope · Manage and support ownership benefits and loyalty programs, including partner coordination and customer sign‑ups. · Key point of contact for events agency, customers participation, and principal/dealer stakeholders · Ensuring all events and activities are productive with long term customer satisfaction and loyalty · Analyse customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improved event experiences and engagement strategies. · Provide operational and administrative support for marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and event activities. · Overall support the team with CRM systems, other customer benefits, and CSAT/NPS · Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements · Diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent fields. · Minimum 1 to 3 years of customer‑facing experience, preferably with some events/campaign management experience · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers professionally.
