Job Description
This position covers the daily execution, coordination and delivery of photography, videography shoots and social media assets across multiple accounts. The candidate manages content calendars, including scheduling, publishing and reporting requirements while keeping up-to-date with current trends and best practices in the social media ecosystem. You will Conceptualise, plan, and execute as an individual or with the team high-quality product, lifestyle and store photography and videography for e-commerce, campaigns, and social media. Plan, coordinate and publish social media content in a timely manner while maintaining brand standards. Manage content calendars, scheduling, publishing and reporting requirements to track performance in accordance with campaign objectives. Monitor social, platform and cultural trends to identify opportunities for content development and brand participation. Organise and manage an ever-growing asset library. Manage external communication with viewers and customers on social media platforms. Work closely with a lean team and present content recommendations, plans and social rationale confidently. Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions with creative and marketing teams. Translate social trends, audience insights and campaign objectives into creative springboards and content opportunities. Coordinate content production including pre-production planning, shoot preparation, production logistics and post-production asset management. Support and oversee content shoots where required, ensuring production requirements and deliverables are met. You are A strong visual storyteller with a keen eye for detail and composition. Equipped with a deep understanding of social platforms, content workflows and campaign execution. Knowledgeable on platform features, content formats and social media best practices and trends.
