Key Responsibilities 1. Site Safety Management Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safe work procedures. Ensure all workers comply with site safety rules and regulations. Coordinate and monitor corrective actions for safety violations and hazards. 2. Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedures Assist in the preparation, review, and implementation of Risk Assessments (RA). Ensure Safe Work Procedures (SWP) are communicated and followed by workers. Participate in hazard identification and risk control measures. 3. Safety Training and Induction Conduct safety orientation and induction for new employees, workers, and subcontractors. Organize toolbox meetings and safety briefings. Maintain records of safety training and certifications. 4. Permit-to-Work Coordination Assist in the administration and monitoring of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems. Verify that permits are properly approved before commencement of high-risk activities. Ensure permit conditions are complied with throughout the work process. 5. Accident and Incident Investigation Assist in investigating accidents, incidents, dangerous occurrences, and near misses. Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive and corrective measures. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions. 6. PPE and Safety Equipment Management Ensure workers are equipped with the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Conduct regular inspections of safety equipment and PPE. Monitor proper usage and maintenance of safety equipment. 7. Documentation and Reporting Maintain site safety records, inspection reports, training records, and permits. Prepare weekly and monthly safety reports. Ensure all safety documentation is up to date and readily available for audits. 8. Emergency Preparedness Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans. Coordinate emergency drills and evacuation exercises. Ensure emergency equipment i
