About the Job We are seeking an experienced, elite-level SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to drive the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of core integration and reporting solutions across a complex multi-instance global enterprise. In this high-impact position, you will act as the master technical authority owning the interface landscape, system-to-system connectivity, and global reporting engine. This role requires a rare dual competency. On the integration side, you will architect secure, real-time data pipelines across a fragmented global landscape using SAP CPI / BTP Integration Suite . On the reporting side, you will define the global data aggregation strategy using SuccessFactors Story Reports , building a unified, multi-instance cross-cluster reporting framework. Your mission is to ensure seamless data exchange, implement bulletproof master data reconciliation models, and establish a mathematically sound data foundation optimized for advanced people analytics and emerging AI ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Global Integration Architecture & CPI Engineering Landscape Orchestration: Define and govern the overarching integration strategy across multiple SuccessFactors instances, maintaining the global enterprise interface register.
