Applicants must meet all the qualification requirements, including education, and any selective placement factors described below within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing healthcare data to identify trends, anomalies, or findings in support of program objectives; and Querying and optimizing large-scale databases using Structured Query Language (SQL) to support data analysis and program operations; and Developing Python scripts using Git version control to automate data solutions in a collaborative analytics environment; and Presenting data products and analytical reports to senior leadership to support program oversight and data-driven decision-making. In addition to the above specialized experience, your resume must demonstrate one year of Information Technology (IT) related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail;.
