RESPONSIBILITIES Arrears Management and Policy Compliance Part of a team responsible for arrears management and collateral management in accordance to Credit policies and procedures, monitoring and reporting credit positions to mitigate financial exposure, reduce bad debts and improve cash flow. Include, but not limited to, liaising with customers and various internal stakeholders on collection matters, recurring payment set-up, dispute handling, analysing and reporting arrears data, monitoring security deposit positions, identifying policy exceptions, handling high risk accounts, and managing provision for bad debts.
