Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture And Repair Of Construction Machinery And Part Position Title: Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin Working Location: West - Joo Koon Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3300 + Medical & Dental Benefits + AWS + VB Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via email, fax, phone, letters, or other channels Prepare supporting documents, enter orders into the company computer system, and monitor order status Handle special orders for items that are not in stock or not normally stocked, and update customers when items are available or have arrived, in close coordination with the supply chain team and warehouse team Maintain filing for correspondence, coordinate and manage shipping and delivery documents, and manage Letters of Credit (LC) documentation with banks Prepare documents for sales meetings, track sales records, and participate in sales meetings Manage shipping and customs invoices and coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents Process and update PO and records in the system Check supplier invoices against PO/system records Negotiate rates with company-appointed forwarders to obtain the best available rates in line with the company’s purchasing policy Coordinate all inbound shipments, improve cost efficiency, and track all consignments Other ad-hoc duties as assigned APPLY NOW!!!
