Job Description
Responsibility: · Receptionist work scope such as handle incoming calls & walk-in “Visitors” & letters · Coordinate with main contractor and sub-contractor for project related administrative work · Prepare RA, MOS, Name list, catalogue, material list for submission · Work closely with Project Team to deliver documentation required for project delivery, RFQ and tender submission · Liaise with supplier in term of Quotation, PO, DO and Invoice · Prepare quotation for customer · Manage and follow up administrative work · Update and upkeep project detail (ongoing and completed project) for recording purposes · Perform other ad-hoc assignments by superior
