Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Retail Advertising Service Provider Position Title: Customer Service Executive Working Location: Potong Pasir Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Respond to client enquiries via phone and email in a prompt and professional manner. Prepare and process sales-related documentation, including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery orders accurately and efficiently. Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Team, including reviewing visuals, floor plans, and preparing installation reports. Coordinate order processing activities and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation arrangements. Support additional assignments and ad-hoc tasks as required to facilitate smooth business operations. APPLY NOW!!! Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level qualification. 1–2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience preferred. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
