Job Description Key Account & Sales Manager Company: Oishi Manufacturing Pte Ltd Location: Singapore Reporting To: Directors About Oishi Manufacturing Oishi Manufacturing Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based food manufacturer specializing in ice cream, gelato, soft serve premixes, bakery premixes, waffles, desserts and OEM food manufacturing solutions. The company serves leading foodservice, retail, hospitality and institutional customers across Singapore and Southeast Asia. Position Summary The Key Account & Sales Manager is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of customer projects from onboarding through commercialization. The role focuses on growing existing key accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities in foodservice, retail, hospitality, airline catering, convenience stores, chain restaurants, distributors and OEM manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities 1. Key Account Management Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Conduct regular business reviews with customers. Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for product expansion. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor customer performance, sales trends and growth opportunities. 2. Business Development & Sales Identify and acquire new customers for OEM manufacturing and branded products. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Build a robust sales pipeline and maintain CRM records. Attend industry exhibitions, networking events and customer meetings. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Prepare sales forecasts and business plans. 3. Project Commercialisation Coordinate with R&D, Production, Procurement, QA and Logistics teams to ensure successful product launches. Manage customer onboarding and commercialization timelines.
