Job Description
Job Scope: Perform front counter and customer service duties. Register walk-in patients and ensure accurate data entry. Prepare and maintain patient documentation and records. Provide financial counselling and explain billing matters to patients. Process and collect payments in accordance with established procedures. Reconcile daily cash and payment collections. Respond to patient enquiries via telephone in a professional and timely manner. Manage and respond to email correspondence. Carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
