Role Overview IONIC DIGITAL is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Department and support the company's continued expansion as a public company. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to balance legal risk with practical business objectives. What You Will Do The Corporate Counsel will lead many day-to-day corporate governance and corporate secretary functions, support the continued growth and operational needs of the company, and provide practical legal guidance to executives and business leaders across the organization.
