We minimize your administrative burden by providing the complete curriculum, lesson flows, Canva slides, and comprehensive teacher training. Founded by an educator with 15 years of experience, our school uses a structured phonics methodology that guides children step-by-step toward reading fluency and independent spelling. Key Responsibilities · Deliver Lessons: Conduct engaging, interactive online phonics lessons with warmth, enthusiasm, and high energy. · Follow Frameworks: Adhere to the Happily Learns lesson structure, teaching methodology, and quality standards. · Support Students: Keep students motivated, adapt to their individual learning paces, and help them build reading confidence. · Manage Technology: Confidently utilize Zoom to conduct live online lessons and share digital teaching materials. · Submit Admin Tasks: Mark student attendance after each class and log simple parent feedback through our teacher portal.
