Job Description
Support the ongoing maintenance and updates of the company’s corporate website and eShop : Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to ensure the company’s digital platforms remain current, user-friendly, and visually appealing. This includes updating product listings, refreshing content, optimizing navigation, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines to enhance the online customer experience and drive conversions. Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of a sales-focused CRM system tailored to the Singapore market : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that supports lead generation, customer retention, and sales growth in Singapore. Responsibilities include gathering market-specific requirements, coordinating data input, segmenting customer profiles, tracking campaign performance, and providing insights to refine strategies, ultimately boosting engagement and revenue in the region.
