Job Description Oversee and ensure compliance with company secretarial practices and corporate governance requirements. Prepare and manage board and committee meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions. Maintain statutory registers and records as per regulatory requirements. Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders on compliance-related matters. Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents and annual returns. Provide advice on legal and governance matters to internal stakeholders. Support the legal department in ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Handle ad hoc projects and tasks related to corporate governance as required. The Successful Applicant A Qualified Company Secretary LL.B preferred PQE: 8-10 years Pre-listing experience is a must Proven expertise in corporate governance and legal compliance within the Technology & Telecoms industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Familiarity with the regulatory framework in the Internet sector. Proficiency in managing statutory documents and filings.
