Job Description Manage industrial relations activities, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies for the Pune unit Develop and implement strategies to maintain a harmonious workplace environment. Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances effectively. Support collective bargaining processes and agreements. Conduct employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction. Monitor and report on industrial relations trends to guide decision-making. The Successful Applicant A successful Lead Industrial Relations should have: A degree in human resources, labour relations, or a related field. Only 8-12 years of experience , mid senior hire Proven expertise in industrial relations within the FMCG industry, preferably in the food sector. Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively. A track record of implementing successful employee engagement initiatives.
