Discord's Social team sits at the intersection of culture, community, and product — and we're looking for a social-savvy storyteller to help bring the Discord brand to life across our owned channels. On any given day, you might be drafting copy for an upcoming product launch, collaborating with our creative team on platform-native assets, diving into performance data to shape our next campaign strategy, or staying ahead of the latest trends to keep Discord's voice feeling fresh and relevant. What You'll Be Doing Own and lead the day-to-day operations of Discord's social content calendar, including copywriting, asset coordination, scheduling, and posting to @discord owned channels with minimal error Develop and execute social media activations to support product launches, GTMs, and broader business goals — with a strong point of view on platform-right, channel-right content Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, and more) to coordinate and deliver content for product GTMs with minimal guidance Submit, refine, and manage creative briefs and asset requests to ensure the creative team delivers on-brand, platform-optimized content Track and analyze social media KPIs to measure campaign success, surface k
