Company Overview Financial PR is an award-winning investor relations specialist, established in 2001, with a regional presence across Singapore, Hong Kong, and mainland China. We help SGX-listed and privately-owned companies communicate their strategy and value clearly and credibly to investors, analysts, and the media. Job Summary As a Consultant, you will provide strategic investor relations counsel to the management of listed companies and prepare the communication materials that shape how they engage the market. You'll organise investor events, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to business development, growing into a role leading associates and managing your own client portfolio. Responsibilities • Advise key management of listed companies by understanding their objectives and delivering strategic investor relations counsel • Prepare communication collateral including corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, web content, and quarterly and yearly financial reports that clearly convey company positioning and strategy to investors • Organise investor meetings, conferences, media interviews, and company visits to support effective stakeholder engagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, media, investors, and regulatory bodies • Contribute to group-level corporate projects and support senior management in developing growth-focused business strategies • As you grow into the role, mentor and lead associates and manage a client portfolio to achieve team targets Required Competencies and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Communications • Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience • Professional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, as the role involves preparing investor communications and advising Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders in mainland China • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills • Ability to counsel clients confidently in financial and investment discussions, manage multiple priorities, and work well under time pressure, both independently and as part of a team Preferred Competencies and Qualifications • Background in equity research or analysis, financial journalism, audit, or corporate communications • Knowledge of sustainability reporting and ESG principles Other Information #J-18808-Ljbffr
