Job Description
Join Clario as Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems (f/m/d) and lead a team responsible for the strategy, delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of critical enterprise applications.
This role partners closely with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization to ensure enterprise systems support business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and deliver an excellent user experience globally.

Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership to identify business needs and deliver scalable technology solutions. Manage the enterprise applications roadmap, ensuring systems remain current, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors to plan and deliver system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and deployments. Support budget planning, vendor management, contract negotiations, and software licensing compliance.
Oversee application governance, change management, and system documentation processes. Provide hands-on application administration and support when needed, including troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating urgent resolutions.
Manage multiple projects and priorities across a global, geographically dispersed environment while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and leadership. Drive end-user adoption through training, support, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to simplify the application landscape by eliminating duplicate systems and improving overall efficiency. Act as a key subject matter expert for enterprise applications, including JD Edwards, ensuring ongoing system performance, optimization, and business value.
