Business Analyst cum Developer (Jira)

Description: Core Responsibilities Application Ownership: Sole Support Engineer for a custom Jira Data Center application Manage the full Operations and Maintenance lifecycle from day-to-day service ticketing management to troubleshooting scripts and deployment planning Technical Operations: Administer Jira Data Center Infrastructure including upgrades, configuration, and plugin management (ScriptRunner/Groovy Language) Maintain SSL/HTTPS infrastructure and led migration transitions where necessary Debug and maintain REST API integrations between Jira and external systems Resolve database-level issues including idling connection management and performance tuning Product & Systems: Understand the comprehensive Jira Data Center product and quick to recommend solutions whenever prompted.

Have experience in engaging in requirements gathering and business analysis skillsets, to turn requirements into features Configure Jira Plans (Advanced Roadmaps) and resolve cross-project dependency gaps within Jira Data Center Support & Stakeholder Management: Own the SLA Compliance and management, ticket triage, and resolution across all severity tiers Serve as primary POC between engineer team and business stakeholders Experience in stakeholder management is necessary Tools & Technologies: Jira Data Center Scriptrunner (Groovy) REST APIs Basic SQL ITIL Basic Infrastructure/networking knowledge
