Key facts • Location: Singapore • Engagement: Full-time What you'll do • Coordinate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and achieve delivery milestones. • Work with designers and product managers to establish technical objectives for the engineering squad. • Create and refine system architectures that satisfy security, resilience, and reliability standards. • Manage the trade-off between shipping new features and maintaining long-term code sustainability. • Provide technical guidance to help the team navigate design decisions and architectural trade-offs. • Maintain a predictable delivery cadence while ensuring high software quality. • Track system health and address underlying causes of technical debt. • Mentor engineers, provide performance feedback, and support their professional development. • Assist with the hiring and recruitment process for the product team. Requirements • Proficiency in full-stack web development using technologies such as Next.Js, React.Js, CSS, Javascript, and Node.Js. • Ability to remain involved in technical details through code reviews, design documentation, and architecture assessments. • Experience in providing clarity to teams to maintain focus within complex environments. • Knowledge of scaling engineering practices, including testing, infrastructure, and observability. • A collaborative mindset that prioritizes shared success across different functions and agencies. • Accountability for project outcomes and maintaining high standards for security and delivery.
