About the Role We are looking for a highly competent and hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can take ownership of software projects from requirement gathering through solution design, development, testing, deployment and post-launch support. This is not a coding-only position. The successful candidate must be able to manage stakeholders, communicate confidently with clients, identify requirement gaps, make sound technical decisions, provide realistic estimates and take responsibility for project delivery. Strong AI literacy is also required. The candidate should be capable of using AI tools to improve requirement analysis, design, development, testing, documentation and delivery efficiency without depending blindly on AI-generated output. Core Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Project Delivery • Take ownership of assigned projects from initial discussion through deployment and handover. • Participate in client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions. • Understand business processes, operational problems and expected project outcomes. • Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user flows, business rules and technical tasks. • Identify missing requirements, conflicting instructions, edge cases and implementation risks. • Prepare realistic project estimates, timelines, milestones and delivery plans. • Track project progress and ensure that commitments are met. • Escalate risks, delays and unclear requirements before they affect delivery. • Ensure that requirements are confirmed before development proceeds. • Manage testing, deployment, handover and post-launch issue resolution. 2. Stakeholder Management • Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. • Communicate technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Conduct structured discussions instead of relying on assumptions or incomplete instructions. • Manage stakeholder expectations relating to scope, timelines, feasibility and technical limitations. • Consolidate and clarify conflicting feedback from different stakeholders. • Distinguish between bugs, enhancements, requirement changes and out-of-scope requests. • Explain the impact of changes on effort, timeline and project cost. • Provide clear and timely project updates. • Handle difficult conversations professionally and factually. • Build stakeholder confidence through preparation, ownership and consistent follow-through. • Avoid overpromising or giving unsupported commitments. • Document key decisions, requirements, assumptions and approvals. 3. Full-Stack Development • Design, develop and maintain web applications, portals, dashboards and internal business systems. • Work across frontend, backend, databases and APIs. • Develop authentication, access controls, workflows, reports and third-party integrations. • Review existing applications and troubleshoot technical issues. • Write clean, maintainable and properly structured code. • Conduct code reviews and improve development standards. • Handle application deployment, production troubleshooting and technical support. • Assess technical feasibility and recommend practical implementation approaches. Our projects may use technologies such as Laravel, PHP, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, MySQL and other modern frameworks. Candidates should be adaptable and not limited to one technology stack. 4. Solution and UI/UX Thinking • Convert business requirements into logical system workflows and user journeys. • Prepare or review wireframes, prototypes and screen flows. • Use tools such as Figma, Figma Make or equivalent prototyping tools. • Identify missing screens, validation rules, exception flows and usability issues. • Ensure that the proposed solution is practical for actual users and business operations. • Challenge weak or incomplete solution designs before development starts. • Work with designers or independently prepare functional prototypes where necessary. The candidate does not need to be a specialist visual designer but must demonstrate sound product, workflow and usability judgment. 5. Testing and Quality Ownership • Prepare test scenarios based on confirmed requirements and business rules. • Conduct functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing. • Test complete workflows instead of checking individual functions in isolation. • Identify edge cases, incomplete states and operational gaps. • Verify that completed work meets the approved requirements. • Ensure that work is properly tested before it is presented to clients. • Document defects, resolutions and outstanding limitations. • Take responsibility for delivery quality instead of relying solely on clients to identify issues. 6. AI Literacy and AI-Assisted Delivery • Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or equivalent platforms as part of daily project delivery. • Apply AI to requirement analysis, research, prototyping, coding, debugging, testing and documentation. • Use AI to accelerate solution design without compromising requirement accuracy. • Generate and review code using AI-assisted development tools. • Use AI to identify edge cases, prepare test cases and improve technical documentation. • Validate AI-generated output before using it in production. • Recognise hallucinations, security risks, weak assumptions and technically incorrect AI output. • Understand when AI is suitable and when conventional development is more appropriate. • Propose practical AI-enabled features for client projects. • Keep up with new AI development tools and assess their usefulness critically. • Demonstrate actual AI-assisted delivery experience rather than only familiarity with prompting.
