(NOTE: Only Ex-Amazon people will apply) Job Title : SDE-1 Location : Bengaluru, Hyderabad Experience : 2–4 years Employment Type : Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled SDE–1 to design, build, and scale high-performance applications. You will own complex modules, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers while working across the full tech stack Key Responsibilitie • Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Jav a and Reac t • Lead system design and architecture discussion s for new and existing platforms • Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot / Java frameworks • Work closely with product, QA, DevOps, and UI teams across the development lifecycle • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices • Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers • Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for scalability and reliability • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and production deployments • Own end-to-end delivery of features from design to deployment Required Skills & Qualification • 2–4 years of strong software development experience • Strong hands-on expertise in Java (Java 8+ ), Spring Boo t, and backend development • Strong experience with React.j s, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Deep understanding of System Desig n concepts • Scalable architecture • Distributed systems • High availability • Caching strategies • Load balancing • Experience with Microservices architectur e and REST APIs • Good knowledge of Database s (SQL/NoSQL - MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) • Knowledge of Cloud Platform s (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred) • Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithm s • Familiarity with CI/CD tool s like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus Good to Have • Experience working in high-traffic, large-scale systems • Exposure to Event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ) • Basic knowledge of security best practices • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field What We Offer • Competitive compensation and benefits • Fast-growing and collaborative work culture • Opportunity to work on high-scale and challenging product
