RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the full recruitment cycle: from intake to offer stage. - Work closely with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on hiring priorities. - Create and optimize job descriptions and job postings. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs. - Ensure SLA compliance and timely delivery. - Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and suggest improvements. - Contribute to improving recruitment workflows and internal processes. - Anticipate hiring risks and labor market changes. - Mentor and support junior recruiters when needed.
