In return, we offer you great career opportunities to grow yourself in a truly global culture where respect, value creation, collaboration, integrity, and gratitude are highly valued and exhibited in everything we do. - Key Responsibilities:_ - _ Support the sales team (Account Managers and Digital Solutions team) in identifying opportunities aligned with technical expertise, understanding clients_’_ pain points and challenges to propose suitable solutions._ - _ Develop and propose customized technical solutions aimed at delivering value and enhancing operational efficiency for clients._ - _ Manage the relationship between the organization and clients, ensuring effective information flow and resolution of client needs._ - _ Work directly with clients in the Pulp & Paper supply chain (plants, processors, ports, suppliers), understanding their processes and offering tailored solutions from Yokogawa portfolio focused on efficiency and added value._ - _ Lead internal cross-functional teams in configuring customized solutions, including technical, commercial, and contractual definitions._ - _ Collaborate with marketing and market intelligence teams to align strategies and commercial actions focused on sustainable growth._ - _ Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty._ - _ Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs, strengthening networking and brand positioning._ - _ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, potential analyses, and commercial KPIs._ - _ Monitor trends in the Pulp & Paper market and analyze competitors to identify new business opportunities._ - Job Requirements:_ - Education:_ - _ Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Automation Engineering or related fields._ - Experience:_ - _ Previous experience in technical or consultative sales, automation project, process optimization in Pulp & Paper process industries._ - _ Solid knowledge of industrial processes such as cocking, chemical recovery, _bleaching, level_ 3 solutions, automation and control and Safety._ - Skills and Competencies:_ - _ Strong _relationship-building_ and active listening skills._ - _ Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach._ - _ Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to operate in multicultural environments._ - _ Strategic thinking with strong customer orientation._ - _ Proactive and autonomous in leading projects and business opportunities._ - Languages:_ - _ Advanced English (mandatory)._ - _ Spanish is a plus_ Yokogawa seeks to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.
