Job Description
Pro Seal Qld is looking for the below
Responsibilities,
- Participating in the planning, supervision, and evaluation of administrative office
services by establishing operational priorities and service standards tailored to
the dynamic needs of the construction sector, both at headquarters and on-site.
- Allocating and managing human, physical, and technological resources required
for the efficient operation of offices and project-related workspaces, considering
staff rotation and the logistical demands of each construction site.
- Assigning tasks to administrative and support personnel and monitoring work
performance in accordance with project schedules, contractual requirements,
and productivity targets.
- Managing records, contractual documentation, and basic office accounts,
including purchase orders, work certifications, supplier payments, and financial
reports related to the physical and budgetary progress of construction projects.
- Liaising with engineers, architects, contractors, suppliers, and other construction
professionals to ensure smooth administrative processes and facilitate the
resolution of operational, logistical, or contractual issues.
- Overseeing the maintenance and availability of office equipment, technological
devices, and necessary supplies, both in administrative offices and in temporary
site facilities.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, making
sure that administrative procedures align with the legal standards applicable to
construction environments.
- Ensuring all administrative activities are carried out in accordance with applicable
legislation, internal policies, contractual procedures, and regulations relevant to
the construction industry.
- Coordinating personnel-related activities such as recruitment, promotions,
performance evaluations, payroll processing, staff training, and the supervision of
human resources supporting construction projects.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Certificate III or at least 2 years of full-time experience as an Officer Manager in
construction field
