Job Description
The CEO oversees strategic growth, financial performance, and daily business operations.
Strategic Leadership
• Vision and Growth: Set 3-to-5-year plans for opening new locations, scaling operations, or preparing the group for partnership.
• Culture Builder: Shape a positive workplace culture focused on high staff retention and exceptional patient care.
• Board Relations: Report major milestones, performance metrics, and financial status directly to the board of directors.
Financial and Operations Management
• P&L Mastery: Manage consolidated profit and loss statements, budgeting, cash flow, and overhead costs. Managing and overseeing (EBITDA)
• Process Optimization: Implement centralized billing, scheduling, and administrative systems to drive efficiency across clinics.
• Compliance: Ensure all offices follow state, federal, and healthcare regulatory standards, including OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board rules.
Team and Resource Management
• Executive Oversight: Supervise key leaders on the corporate team.
• Recruitment Strategy: Oversee high-level talent acquisition for both administrative staff and clinical staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role, preferably as a CEO, COO, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic business plans.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience leading a company within the dental field.
• Track record of driving organizational growth and innovation.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and board relations.
• Experience in managing large, diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Advanced certifications or training in leadership, strategy, or corporate governance.
