Job Description
Black Pen Recruitment is recruiting a Legal Counsel to support a leading fintech/payments platform in Africa. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, with emphasis on SaaS, partnerships, and vendor agreements.
You will work closely with Revenue teams, advise on regulatory matters, and help implement compliant policies across jurisdictions. The candidate should have 5–7 years post-articles experience, LLB, and admission as a practitioner.
