Job Description:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic insights, influence decision-making, and drive sustainable business growth.
• Oversee financial reporting, management accounting, variance analysis, and the delivery of high-quality performance insights to leadership teams.
• Drive business performance through proactive identification of risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with local and global teams to support strategic planning, resource allocation, and long-term business objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement, digital transformation, automation, and simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency and decision support capabilities.
• Ensure robust financial governance, controls, and compliance standards while maintaining the integrity of financial information and reporting.
• Develop and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth Skills & Experience:
• 10 + years of experience post articles
• Extensive experience in finance, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic business decisions.
• Proven experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex business challenges.
• Experience driving performance improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Knowledge of financial controls, governance, compliance, and reporting best practices.
• Strong project and change management capabilities, with experience leading transformation, process improvement, or digital initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with enterprise financial systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams is advantageous. Qualification:
CA(SA) or Full Qualified ACMA, CGMA. Non-negotiable
Salary:
R1 500 000 - R2 200 000
