As the an integral part of the Senior Finance team, you'll partner with global leaders, drive strategic financial insights, and help shape the future of our business while influencing key strategic decisions across the business. Job Description: • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities to support the achievement of business objectives. • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic insights, influence decision-making, and drive sustainable business growth. • Oversee financial reporting, management accounting, variance analysis, and the delivery of high-quality performance insights to leadership teams. • Drive business performance through proactive identification of risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to achieve financial and operational targets. • Lead cross-functional collaboration with local and global teams to support strategic planning, resource allocation, and long-term business objectives. • Champion continuous improvement, digital transformation, automation, and simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency and decision support capabilities. • Ensure robust financial governance, controls, and compliance standards while maintaining the integrity of financial information and reporting. • Develop and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth Skills & Experience: • 10 + years of experience post articles • Extensive experience in finance, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic business decisions. • Proven experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and levels. • Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex business challenges. • Experience driving performance improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and cost optimization. • Knowledge of financial controls, governance, compliance, and reporting best practices. • Strong project and change management capabilities, with experience leading transformation, process improvement, or digital initiatives. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with enterprise financial systems and reporting tools. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience working with geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams is advantageous.
