Role Overview We are hiring for both Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager positions. As part of our retail leadership team, you will play a key role in driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a motivated team. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team. • Recruit, onboard, train and coach team members. • Foster a positive, energetic and collaborative team culture. • Conduct regular coaching and performance management. Customer Experience • Deliver an outstanding customer shopping experience. • Lead by example on the sales floor. • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. • Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively. Sales & Performance • Drive store sales and achieve business KPIs. • Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans. • Motivate the team to achieve individual and store targets. • Analyse sales opportunities to improve store performance. Operations & Visual Merchandising • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. • Oversee inventory management and stock accuracy. • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained. • Ensure compliance with company policies and mall operating requirements. Brand Representation • Be a strong ambassador for the Subdued brand. • Maintain a vibrant and fashion-forward store environment. • Share ideas to improve customer experience and store performance. Requirements • Minimum 2-5 years of retail experience. • At least 1-2 years' experience managing a retail store, preferably in fashion retail. • Passion for fashion and customer service. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales. • Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
