Job Description
Private Advertiser is seeking a hands-on HRBP to bridge recruitment and people partnering in Singapore. You will own end-to-end hiring for assigned business units while expanding your remit into engagement, retention, and lifecycle management for employees.
You will partner with line managers on performance, learning, and HR initiatives, provide data-driven insights, and support expat onboarding and work pass processes. A strong recruitment foundation is essential.
