Key facts Location: Singapore Engagement: Full-time Team: GovTech Consulting What you'll do • Oversee design outcomes across a portfolio of government agency engagements. • Design and test new workflows that incorporate AI to improve team efficiency and output. • Establish collaboration frameworks between design and technical partners including data, product, and engineering. • Select and implement new tools for research, prototyping, and decision-making. • Recruit, mentor, and manage designers to ensure professional growth and high-quality project delivery. Requirements • Minimum 12 years of experience in design, including significant time in senior or lead roles managing teams and cross-functional programs. • Proven history of improving design operations and team workflows. • Active experimentation with AI-driven processes over the past 1 to 2 years. • Ability to act as a peer to engineering, product, and data leadership. • Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining design talent across various levels.
