Job Description
Rock Bund Capital is expanding its talent function to support growth from crypto to traditional finance. The Talent Partner will work with managers to design sourcing strategies, attract top talent, and deliver an excellent candidate experience across global searches.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, experience with ATS/HRIS, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree is required, and Mandarin is a plus for cross-border liaison.
