Description Our Role | Ko tā mātou mahi The role provides provide hands-on nursing care, clinical monitoring, and health support to people receiving services. Working closely with our Clinical Leads (who are registered nurses), Community Facilitators, support teams, whānau, and other health professionals, you'll help ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care. The role will include: • Deliver practical nursing care within your scope of practice. • Complete clinical observations, health monitoring, medication monitoring and PRN evaluations. • Support wound care, skin integrity and pressure injury prevention. • Provide care relating to PEG feeding, catheter care, stoma care, continence support and bowel management. • Recognise and respond to changes in health status, escalating concerns appropriately. • Support respectful and person-centred end-of-life care. • Coach and guide support workers, building confidence and consistency in care delivery. • Maintain accurate and professional clinical documentation About You | Ko koe tēnei You are a caring and proactive Enrolled Nurse who thrives on building strong relationships and supporting positive health outcomes. You bring excellent clinical judgement, strong communication skills, and a commitment to person-centred practice. To be successful, you'll will: • Be registered as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with an active Annual Practising Certificate. • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the relevant setting such a disability, aged care and/or residential care • Be flexible to support the clinical team with afterhours coverage • Hold a current Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
