Following continued investment and internal career progression, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Territory Manager to lead the Sterile Processing capital equipment portfolio across New Zealand.
The Role
Because of you… hospitals across New Zealand will strengthen infection prevention and modernise their sterile processing capabilities through the delivery of world-class capital equipment solutions.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the New Zealand territory, partnering with public and private hospitals to identify, develop and secure complex capital equipment projects.
This is a highly autonomous fulltime and permamant role suited to an experienced capital equipment sales professional who enjoys creating opportunities, influencing multiple stakeholders and managing sophisticated sales cycles from concept through to implementation. You'll work closely with hospital executives, CSSD teams, theatre managers, engineering departments and procurement to deliver solutions that enhance hospital infrastructure and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new capital equipment opportunities across New Zealand
• Manage complex healthcare sales projects from specification through to installation
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, technical and executive stakeholders
• Expand existing accounts while capturing new market share
• Develop strategic territory and account growth plans
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM activity
• Collaborate with technical service, project and customer support teams
• Represent the organisation at industry conferences and customer events
• Travel throughout New Zealand to maximise customer engagement and project success
Skills & Experience
• Proven success selling capital equipment into hospitals is required
• Experience managing complex healthcare procurement and purchasing cycles
• Background within CSSD, sterilisation, endoscopy, operating theatres, surgical equipment or healthcare infrastructure, highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to influence multiple stakeholders throughout capital projects
• Strong business development capability with a consultative sales approach
• Highly autonomous, resilient and comfortable managing a national territory
• Excellent commercial acumen, planning and communication skills
• Willingness to travel throughout New Zealand
• New Zealand working rights required
