Senior Regional Manager

The Senior Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing regional business operations, strengthening relationships with existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the Company's long-term growth strategy across regional markets.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage key customer accounts while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will represent the Company in high-level business meetings, commercial negotiations, and industry events while ensuring excellent client satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead regional business development initiatives and execute strategies to achieve the Company's commercial objectives.

● Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.

● Identify new business opportunities and expand the Company's regional customer base.

● Conduct commercial negotiations and oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, contracts, and partnership agreements.

● Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and successful execution of client projects.

● Monitor regional market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

● Provide leadership and guidance to regional sales and business development activities.

● Represent the Company at client meetings, conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and other business functions.

● Entertain clients and business partners to foster strong commercial relationships and support business development efforts.

● Prepare regional business reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.

● Travel frequently within Singapore, China, and other regional markets as required.
