Job Description
Job Summary Assist in food preparation and maintain kitchen hygiene to ensure high-quality, fresh food. Support the Chef by performing assigned tasks while complying with mandatory hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare food items according to instructions to support kitchen operations Inspect food items to ensure freshness and maintain quality standards Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas and equipment to uphold hygiene requirements Follow mandatory hygiene standards and safety protocols consistently Execute additional tasks assigned by the Chef to support kitchen efficiency - Holding GCE 'O' level and above qualification - Advanced skill in MS Office - Experience in F&B industry is an advantage - Communication and Interpersonal skill - Must have Food Hygiene Certificate
