Job Description
& Requirements: Should have the knowledge about properties and usage of herbs and spices in food preparation, and to cook north Indian dishes in a traditional way. Preparing awesome meals for our customers. Checking food and ingredients for freshness.
Need to monitor stock rotation procedures are followed as per inventory. Monitoring portions and waste control. Helping lead and inspire our kitchen staff with the restaurant manager Weighing, measuring, mixing, and prepping ingredients according to recipes. Flexible to work in any shifts, especially in split shifts.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. The ability to work under pressure. Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes. Availability to work within opening hours (e. g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
