Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Working Location: Central Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 630pm) Salary Package: Basic up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, quotations, tender documents, and project budgets.

Source materials and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Negotiate pricing and monitor project costs against budgets. Prepare variation orders, cost reports, and final accounts. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors on project requirements.

Follow up on quotations and support sales conversion. Handle client enquiries and after-sales matters. Maintain quotation and sales performance reports. Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior fitout or construction. Knowledge of costing, tendering, procurement, and contract administration. Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
