About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Captain to join our Fixed Wing team, operating from our Singapore base.

In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled and dedicated crew operating medically configured retrieval jets, working alongside a critical care doctor and flight nurse to deliver life-saving international aeromedical evacuations.

Key accountabilities include: Safely operate Challenger 604 aircraft in accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority (“CASA”) regulations, company procedures, and international aviation standards.

Ensure compliance with all operational, regulatory, and safety requirements including Safety Management System (“SMS”) and risk management frameworks. Conduct international aeromedical retrieval flights, supporting medical teams in delivering critical care.

Maintain operational readiness of aircraft, equipment, and facilities. Demonstrate strong command capability, decision-making, and situational awareness in complex environments. Participate in training, checking, and continuous professional development activities.

Ensure accurate completion of operational documentation and reporting requirements. Promote and uphold LifeFlight’s safety-first culture. About
