Job Description
Warehouse Operations Supervise daily activities including receiving, inspection, picking, packing, and dispatch. Optimize floor productivity and space utilization. Enforce safety regulations, cleanliness, and workplace standards. Inventory Management Track stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and manage stock replenishment. Maintain accurate records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software. Logistics and Transport Plan daily inbound and outbound shipping schedules.
Local Delivery transportation planning Own fleet maintenance schedule and upkeep Coordinate with transport providers, drivers, and external freight forwarders. Process shipping documentation and resolve delivery issues. Team Leadership and Admin Schedule, train, and manage warehouse personnel.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report metrics to management. Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
