Job Summary Coordinate and manage export sea freight shipments, documentation, and communication to ensure timely, accurate processing. Support ship husbandry services and collaborate within teams to meet operational goals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate booking, shipment scheduling, and documentation for export sea freight shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing Manage email correspondence with local and overseas customers, principals, and agents to facilitate clear and effective communication Coordinate husbandry services for ships calling Singapore for bunkering operations Organize and verify shipment documentation and operational tasks with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness Collaborate effectively within a team while independently managing assigned responsibilities to achieve operational goals Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain accurate shipment records Adapt work methods and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in fast-paced and dynamic operational environments Required competencies and certifications Minimum Diploma Holder or equivalent Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working in Shipping Companies preferred but not essential as training will be provided
